Summer 2026 High School Prep Workshop

As students transition to high school, preparing academically and emotionally is crucial. Our Prep Workshop helps incoming high schoolers feel confident and ready for the challenges ahead. This workshop has been supporting students for over a decade, giving them the tools to excel from day one.

What We Offer:

  • Balanced Scheduling: Learn how to harmonize academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.
  • SMART Goal Setting: Master techniques for setting and achieving realistic goals.
  • GPA Mastery: Understand both weighted and unweighted GPAs to track academic success.
  • Effective Study Strategies: Prepare efficiently for tests and finals using proven study techniques.
  • Academic Performance Insights: Decode grades and performance without stress.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize assignments, projects, and deadlines effectively.
  • Technology for Success: Learn how to use digital tools and AI to enhance academic performance.
  • College Preparation: Start thinking about future college options and admissions strategies.

We provide all materials, binders, drinks, lunch, and snacks – everything your teen needs for a productive and energized learning experience!

1:1 SUMMER ACADEMIC WORKSHOPS

Summer is the perfect time for students to build new skills and reinforce their academic foundations.

READING AND WRITING

Our Reading and Writing Enrichment program helps students enhance their reading comprehension, writing skills, and overall academic confidence, preparing them for the next academic year or for online courses they plan to take for advancement.

What We Offer:

  • Reading and Analysis: Discuss and analyze grade-level or advanced texts to enhance reading comprehension.
  • Writing Skills: Focus on MLA format and the structure of the five-paragraph essay to improve writing skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Respond to questions that encourage deep thinking and textual analysis.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled around your student’s availability, with no homework required—everything is completed during the sessions.

MATH

We also provide Math Enrichment in subjects such as Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus Honors, with a focus on:

  • Review and Analysis: Reviewing the fundamentals of the course they will focus on and analyzing areas fro improvement.
  • Teaching Material: Encouraging deep understanding of material and reinforcing key concepts.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Sessions that are flexible and fit into your schedule, with no homework required.
